              <p>L’affaire Fillon et bien d’autres analogues dans le passé récent – Urba Gracco en 1990, affaire Elf en 1994, emplois fictifs de la mairie de Paris en 2011, affaire Cahuzac en 2012, etc. – posent une question intrigante : pourquoi des responsables politiques ou des « puissants » (chefs d’entreprise, dirigeants syndicalistes, sportifs ou artistes renommés), que l’on doit supposer raisonnablement lucides, se laissent-ils prendre à enfreindre grossièrement des règles d’éthique qui, au jour de l’affaire, paraissent au public fondamentales ?</p>
