Gender-based violence and intersectionality: From theory to policy
Abstract
By tracing the various theorizations made by feminist research on male violence against women or genderbased violence, and the criticisms that have been expressed of approaches that do not take into account the experiences of minority groups, this paper aims to draw attention to some of the current theoretical and practical issues, presenting in particular the example of the fight against "street harassment" on which the author has been working for nearly 20 years.
